”The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. We had a nice beach view, but not where we could see the sunrise. The rooms were well-equipped, including the kitchen area, but the beds and other seating were too firm for us older people. However, we were able to enjoy visiting with our family to celebrate a grandson's graduation. Overall very nice!”

”I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex”

”Nice beachfront view from dirty window. I got stuck/ trapped in the elevator. No one answered the phone! Don’t know how long I was stuck. Started pressing buttons and eventually door partially opened enough for me to slide out before slamming closed. I was still on 4rth floor and used stairs for remaining time even with debilitating arthritis. No one in locked front office. Key didn’t work and no dead bolt so had to leave door unlocked to get back in.”

So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. ”This property was extremely nice, high-end upgrades as well and jt definitely felt like home. The only negative was we were supposed to have a King bed and it was clearly two smaller beds put together. The "crease" in the middle was uncomfortable and definitely not what was advertised.”
