”Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. ”

Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least.
