”Our stay was truly wonderful from start to finish. The venue itself is absolutely stunning—rich in history and full of character—and the gardens are simply breathtaking. Being able to walk down to the River Usk and wander for miles through the open fields was such a special experience.

We were given smelt damp and had to be moved to a better room but still then extremely basic and cleaning standard not great. Not helped also by the fact they only offer housekeeping every 3 days.
Hotel with huge potential but not being looked after and requires urgent attention would not recommend anyone to stay there”

”Rooms were clean, well appointed and were massive. The wardrobe being situated in the bathroom is a little odd. The parking is charged at £13 per night so quite pricey. Breakfast good, bar area nice. Staff very friendly and helpful.”
