”Tres bel hotel, au service et a la propreté impeccable, l emplacement est ideal, et les chambres sont tres bien concues, jusqu au moindre detail!!!

”The room would have been perfect if there had been a real window to the outside. Now the window was inside the house and the window of the opposite room was close by.”

”Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay.”

"I arrived early and the check in was ok at first. Later when I came back to receive my room key I didn’t like the way the the situation was handled. The receptionist didn’t communicate at all, I didn’t know what was happening. Hotel at this level should be very customer friendly and that was not the situation here.
The room was on the lowest level and I didn’t really see anything from the window, so I kept the curtains shut all the time.
The AC was broken on the last evening of my stay and the room was freezing cold.
Since this is a 5-star luxury hotel and at this price, I think they have a lot to improve. There is a lot of better options in London at this price level."
