”Fantastic situation which suited us and our 2 dogs perfectly. You need to be organised with food due to the nearest shop being over 30 miles away but that being said we found some fantastic eateries on our road trips around the area. The negatives are that the ceiling are very low the stairs awkward and narrow and the condition is basic. Take chairs with you so that you can enjoy the sun trap garden. Luckily we had really good weather (last week in Apri)”

”We had a wonderful week in Poolewe. The house provides everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. WLAN was perfect for us and our host Hannah was really nice and friendly. If you look for some quiet days in a wonderful location, I can absolutely recommend this house.”

”We had a lovely stay in Opinan, near Gairloch. The house was clean, we had nice beds and we enjoyed the the bath. Extra's where the views over the bay, and the nearby beach. (water was a bit cold). a very nice place to stay. But specially for the first night, don't forget to bring your diner and breakfast, as the nearest shop is about a 20 minutes by car. We recommend a stay in this cottage on this special location.”

”From the cottage you have great views over loch broom. The kitchen gets a lot of light from 3 roof windows and is very well equipped. The rooms are very cosy.”

”Great place. Views are fantastic.Cottage was very comfortable, clean and good size for 5 of us. A little out of the way of Gairloch @17min drive but no big deal as we were travelling around the area each day. Recommended.”
