”It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice even though the tissue box was almost empty when we arrived. I have allergies and really needed to have tissue available. They were nice about getting some to me. The elevator was a little noisy. Which could make you feel a little uncomfortable, but we never had a problem. Great service.”

”My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. ”The property was horrible. The bed had a whole in the side of the mattress. The platform bed was almost on the floor I wished I could attach pictures. Initially I was going to cancel the room. Then the sent me a email thanking me and stated they had renovations. THAT WAS A LIE! STAY AWAY!!”

”The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty.”

”We did not stay. After getting there, our room was not ready, but we were about an hour early so we understand. The problem was there were lots of smokers and people outside who were loud and having a bit of a party. The guest were a little sketchy to us. We did not feel comfortable, staying and left to find other accommodations.”
