”It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice even though the tissue box was almost empty when we arrived. I have allergies and really needed to have tissue available. They were nice about getting some to me. The elevator was a little noisy. Which could make you feel a little uncomfortable, but we never had a problem. Great service.”

”My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. ”My stay was nice. The room was cool, the beds and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and kind getting me checked in. Buuuut…. The pool looked like a swamp. There was an oily film over the water and the color of the way looked like a few dozen homeless people had bathed in it. It was absolutely disgusting. So the only way this hotel can improve in my experience is to CLEAN THE DAMN POOL!”

I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better .”

Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

The problem was there were lots of smokers and people outside who were loud and having a bit of a party. The guest were a little sketchy to us. We did not feel comfortable, staying and left to find other accommodations.”
