”This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.”

”I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

”Covenient location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds.”

”The room did smell a little like mildew and the room didn’t have a lot of light. Natural light and lights within the room.”

”I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!”

”This hotel was half empty and they gave us a room with the view to the brick wall, even we stayed there for three nights. The bed was good. Next time when visiting Newport News, I'll take my business elsewhere. ”

”Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious”

”It was way better than we expected, given the cheap price. Would stay here again if we are in the area. Quiet area, clean room, great price. Don’t need much else.”

”Very clean hotel no issues while there. Very safe I like that no one could enter the area where the rooms were without a key. I felt very safe in the building and in a good area”
