My stay was unfortunately impacted by several service issues. Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to locate my reservation, resulting in a delay of approximately 40 minutes before I could access a room.
When I was finally given a room and entered, I discovered it had not been properly serviced—the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom sink. After contacting the front desk, I was relocated; however, the replacement room was of noticeably lower quality than what I had originally reserved.
Additionally, on my second night, I left the “cleaning requested” sign on my door. When I returned late that evening, around 10:00 p.m., housekeeping was only then arriving to service the room, which was not ideal.
Overall, while I had hoped for a more comfortable and seamless experience, these issues significantly affected my stay.
