Terrible service! They made it impossible for us to check-in. There is no "app" to check in. We receieved no instructions to this day on how to check-in, and we arrived at the property to check-in but couldn't due to the non-existant check-in email or app. This was unbearable. And they refused to cancel due to them failing to provide the access codes and still refused to refund. I was lucky that Expedia issued us a courtesy refund because even Expedia recognized them as "difficult". Expedia should stop platforming them. You've been warned.
