Living space

Tall windows wrap the living area in natural light and frame a view of the city skyline that shifts from crisp morning blue to a warm amber glow after dark. The layout is single level throughout - no interior stairs, no obstacles - and the open flow between the living area, kitchen, and dining space makes the home feel generous without being oversized. A TV and Wi-Fi keep you connected on your own terms, and a dedicated workspace means productivity doesn't have to wait until you're back at the office.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Each room is fitted with clothing storage, hangers, cotton bed linens, and room-darkening shades - everything in place for genuinely restful nights. A safe is available for storing passports, cash, or anything else you'd rather keep secure. The single-level layout means all three rooms are equally easy to reach, making this a practical choice for mixed groups and families alike. Window guards provide an added layer of reassurance for guests traveling with young children.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with all the dishes and silverware you'll need to put together a proper meal. Wine glasses are on hand for evenings in, and the dining table gives everyone a place to sit down together. A few things to note: oil, salt, and pepper are not currently stocked in this unit, so it's worth picking those up on your way in.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms serve the home. Each is stocked on arrival with hot water, body soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper - so you can step through the door and settle in without running errands first.

 

Building features & accessibility

The building amenities add genuine value to longer stays: a pool and gym are available to residents, and the elevator - with a cabin at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes the building fully accessible for guests who need step-free access. A patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering another angle on the skyline.

 

Access & parking

A private entrance and keypad self check-in let you arrive entirely on your own schedule. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. There is no dedicated parking space within the building, but the host can arrange a nearby space on request, subject to availability. A laundromat conveniently located nearby makes longer stays even more manageable.

Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
