”The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”

”I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. They have a patio at the back that can be used to relax but so dirty. The freezer was leaking They only supplied 1 each of kitchen towel and paper towels. We spent time figuring out what we need and ran to supermarket for these and others We arrived that kitchen water runs on hot water only and no cold The lights...

”The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....

”This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals...

”When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw...

Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. ”Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property. I told her I got sick from staying there and her only reply was that the last guest never got sick. Too many maintenance issues...

”Apartment is a great place to rest and relax when not out enjoying the many offerings of Guam. Jack and Dina were very responsive and supportive to a couple minor issues that came up during our 28 night stay.”

I will never use VRBO for this reason and will also inform all of my colleagues, family and friends to do the same. Very disappointing to say the least and unprofessional as a company to handle issues such as this the way it has been handled.”
