”I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors.”

”Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout..
The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football!
Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children.”

”There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking .
Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”
