”I’m disgusted. I needed a two day stay on a really short notice, and the pricing was okay. The pics are not up to date or representative of what I saw. Every surface (sink, countertop, desk, headboard, baseboards) was chipped or cracked. 3 small sofa pillows laid across the king sized bed. The tv was a flat screen from 2006 with no WiFi connection, and only basic cable. MY SINK WOULD NOT DRAIN. I asked on my second day of when they cleaned my room (room 118) if they could make sure to clear it....

”Front desk assistant Dianna was lovely, helpful and very friendly. The room was renovated and clean (though the bathroom was not renovated). The room was great, but the outside of the hotel was dilapidated and I believe was housing homeless. It didn’t seem very safe in the parking lot area and there were people smoking pot all around the property.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
