”The hotel was in a great location for getting around the city. The rooms were immaculately clean & the balcony had a great view over the city. The staff were friendly & very helpful”

Service 10/10”

”The location is excellent, the service is superb, the rooms are very well-appointed, and the breakfast is good and delicious. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. I would like to thank Mrs. Samiha for her warm welcome, hospitality, and attentiveness. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.”

”The room was small without a window. The bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast had a good selection. Good central location.”

”The location very good and the rooms look very nice. However, they seem to be staged only to look nice, and nothing actually works. In our room we had a fridge, TV and record player and none of them worked. So if you prefer nice visuals over functionality, everything is OK. ”

”This hotel is gorgeous.. every detail is so aesthetic. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the spa area - everything was beyond beautiful. The service is top-notch. The breakfast was the best ever. I would love to be back one day. 100 out of 10, exceed expectations!”

”I had to change my reservation. My original booking included breakfast, but after I changed the dates, Expedia didn’t send me a confirmation showing whether breakfast was still included. We had to stay in hotel without breakfast.”

”The owner is so welcoming and helpful.”

”Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in.”

”Very polite host. Works very hard to go out of the way to ease any trouble, care about the convenience of the guests.”

”Such a beautiful and historic property in the center of a bustling area. The decor is lovely and full of character. The staff were so kind and helpful, greeting us with a welcomed smile every day. The neighbourhood is vibrant and next to so many eclectic shops. We are a family of 5 (3 young children) and so enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Hotels pictures promises so much more. So get ready to lower your expactations. ”Soundproofed rooms” - no, we could hear every word from reception in our room. Free welcome party every day - no there was not. We chose this hotel because of the balcony. Unfotunately the balcony and balcony furniture were in bird poop so the balcony was unusable. Location is good and 5-10mins from public transport. Staff is superb and willing to assist on your needs.”
