Additionally, they provided great service and they even let us check in early. Also, it's the perfect location, close to many attractions. Iwould definitely stay again.”

First, I was supposed to receive a $20 voucher and a bottle of water delivered to my room the next day, as I’m a long-time Hotels.com user. However, the front desk completely ignored this, and only on the last day—when I brought it up—did they acknowledge that I was entitled to them.
