Mökit – Gulf Coast

"The breakfast buffet was great, fresh fruit and berries and healthy choices - was a wonderful start to the day! Special thanks to Alma and the breakfast staff- the ladies are very busy but all the time keeping a smile on their face and very kind and attentative. I had some issues with the initial check in, but special thanks to Yusal at the reception for being super accomodating and going an extra mile with keeping me happy. The location of the hotel is great - you can walk to restaurants and the mall is very close. The hotel even had a driver, Manuel, who you one could call to come pick you up from the mall before too late, which was great for me as was traveling alone. Great service and location over all. The only feedback I would leave for improvement for me was the smell in the gym - I think it was from the scent machines maybe? It did get worse towards the evening, when the doors to the pool were not opening as often and the fresh air was not able to come in. "
