”Big things like price, location and cleanliness count of course but little things count too for me....I appreciated having 6 hangars in closet instead of 3. Bar soap instead of liquid. Carpet (clean and vacuumed and not stained) instead of hard floors. Included breakfast bar had slight menu change each day so as not to be monotonous. Desk staff was pleasant but not that efficient. But overall, I'd stay here again in a flash. ”
