”We’ve been going to the gulf for 30 years and to different cities. This is one of top 3 condos and units we have rented. The host was kind and informative and even left us a welcome gift. The condo was clean, located very close to ocean for a short walk and island pace at Navarre was perfect.”

”We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Pensacola. The location was nice and central to anywhere we wanted to drive to, and the place itself was clean, comfortable, and came with pots and pans to cook with. Great find and would recommend, especially for the price point. Didn't give full stars on everything. Pictures didn't show elevated notches and change in floor elevations which were a tripping hazard if you forgot they were there. The entrance to the unit was through a side door,...

”Efficiency condo with a lovely view of the back bay of Ft. Walton. Everything you need, even an adequate array of spices. Bathroom slightly dated but everything was clean. I'd stay at this location again, unit B410.”

”Everything was wonderful. Quiet and very wonderful. From the 3rd floor spectacular view of sunsets and such. The only thing which will keep us from coming back again…though this is a pet friendly facility, there is no acceptable place to have your dog (we brought a 12 pound Shitzu) to relax or run a bit. Only place the dog could get out to was out on the parking lot ar a. That was a bummer.”

”This is the second year we have stayed at this property and have no complaints. The property is very well kept. Beds are so comfortable. Property owner provides beach towel and chairs as well as most anything else you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this property.”

”We loved location, view, and home. We brought our two children and it was a little tight but for price and view we made the best of it. It was kind of in a dark place going to the room. There was some lighting during the day but still seemed dark. It seemed like there was better lighting at night though for some reason. We didnt have any problems though. We would stay here again!”
