”We had a fantastic time in this condo! Location was so perfect for us! Backyard was the beautiful bay and across the street was the beach! Close to all of our favorite restaurants. Had a few hiccups in the condo but maintenance crew was quick to respond! Would definitely recommend this condo!”

”This rental was perfect in every way! Beautiful views, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Beach access is across the street, and bay access directly behind the condo. Everything was spotless, and comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice! Parking for 2 cars, and an elevator for the end of a long day. We would love to return! ”

”The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation! ”

”We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. Crab claws at Peg Legs and Rum Punch are delicious. Will stay again! Owner checking in on us was nice. ”

”This property was right on the waterfront and is an easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean all except the previous tenants did not take out the trash. Beach chairs were not included with the rental, but it was very easy to get chairs rented. I definitely recommend the stay ”
