”Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.”

”Definitely a hidden treasure! We loved everything about this place. The staff was amazingly attentive and took care of everything we asked for. They were very pleasant in all situations. Amazing experience to stay in a cave hotel and have a hot balloon flight, yellow tour and horseriding. Transfer from and to the airport was very good organised by the hotel. ”Stunning hotel, great service and unbeatable value. Rooms are beautiful, not "actual" caves but the architecture is very reminiscent of the local caves. Perfectly located with tons of walking dining and shopping options and very easy to visit all the local beautiful sites.
