”We stayed just one night in this small but very relaxing hideout where the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit hard to find and in a very quiet village, but offers shuttle buses to nearby locations. In the hotel area they have a lot of activities, nice pool, books, board games, DVDs and a lot of nice places to just sit and relax. Overall a very nice and beautiful hideout if you have a car or just want to relax.”

”Hotelli oli hienossa paikassa "luonnon ääressä" ja henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat "elähtäneet". Länsimaisia asiakkaita oli vähän.”

”The Culvert is an atypical hotel accommodation. The cylinder shaped cocoons are clean and fun to stay in and the staff is very friendly. This is an open air concept with everything, except you room, being outside. Premises are located on a hill which means a lot of stairs - and they are no longer in perfect condition. The two pools are quite nice, but the furniture around them are showing signs of over use while cushions and mattresses are missing or engorged with water. The dining is quite...

”Fantastic historic property. Very clean, comfortable, and well located.”

”A film crue or what not was camped just next to our treehouse and made quite the noise. The next morning some group started to play loud music on the beach at 7am. Quite hard to sleep in those circumstances. Dinner was terrible, tried it the first night and after that went straight to the food court at Damai central. Breakfast wasn't better. Treehouse was a good sized, hasn't had maintenance in a while, but was ok. Toilet seat wasn't attached properly so the whole room smelled like pee. Airport...

”Siisti ja laadukas hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla. Varmasti yksi parhaista aamiaisista kaupungissa. Avulias henkilökunta. Ainoa miinus oli että hotels.com ei ilmoittanut ajankohdan uima-allasremontista, joka tosin olisi ollut hotellin omilla sivuilla kerrottuna.”

”Good for its price. Everything seems fine.”

”Miellyttävä hotelli rantaradun varrella. Hiljainen ja siisti huone, hyvä sänky. Kylpyhuone miellyttävä, suihkussa hyvä paine. ”

”Loud noise from restauraunts evenings. Breakfest small and without taste. Clean and new rooms.”

”Nice hotel to stay”

”Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided.”

”Fantastisk oplevelse i fremragende telte med egen minipool. Der er kun 11 telte, så der er meget roligt på stedet. Personalet er MEGET venlige og hjælpsomme. Mulighed for udflugter ud i nærliggende natur. Fantastisk sted, især hvis man vil have lidt ro og bare vil forkæles. Kommer MEGET gerne igen!!”

”Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. ”

”A good property that has seen better times. The towels were few and a bit threadbare. The hanger clips broken and otherwise a bit tired. However, they happily checked out bags before and after check in/out. The location is good on the waterfront close to the sights. There were a few small flying insects, but i doubt that you can escape then as they are everywhere in the evening.”
