I stayed here but they have no heating system , this supposed to be 5 star . I don’t understand. In winter room is cold . Public area lobby is cold .

Very disappointing hotel
Hugely disappointed with my stay at crown plaza from arrival to departure which was 2 days early couldn’t put up with it much more the list of reasons is so big from arrive after a 14 hours journey to be told my room I had booked wouldn’t be ready till the next day but would go in a single room for The night them change the day after when one was free that was the start off 10 forgettable days at the crown plaza

The hotel is isolate and quiet in contrast to the hustle and bustle that characterizes the city of Delhi which give you some peace and safety. The staff helped us a lot with check in and check out time and we appreciated it very much. Breakfast was great as well as the room and the service. I'm giving 10 without any hesitation.

This hotel rooms has bug beds. The staff is very rude. They charge me extra for nothing. I complain to hotel.com and they said no one available to solve my issue. I find rats and roaches in room.

Being an international traveler, the restaurant, bar, and meeting rooms were very handy to use. Close to the airport making it convenient for my return flight. Bad thing, was unable to make international phone calls.

The staff were exceptional and very helpful, kids enjoyed the selection at breakfast. The property entrance and ambience was beautiful. The call out service was brilliant. However we stayed there a long time and feel there could have been a small discount given to us however we did book through Expedia so hotel didn't have a say on the price.
