”The title says it all, we had all the comforts of home while being able to roll out of bed and jump in the lake.Large kitchen full stocked with pots, pans, large fridge and an extra fridge in the garage. The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

”Great place to stay loved that they welcomed pets. Only complaint was that another guest kept letting their dogs roam around off leash. Would definitely visit again..”

”The location is quiet and private.There are 5 cottages and a main house so you have some privacy. The cottages are nice and have all your necessities. The view of the lake is beautiful! We all enjoyed our stay at Elemental on beautiful Shag Lake! Our host George was helpful and communication was perfect! ”

”Great location for ice fishing and snowmobile riding. Up North Lodge restaurant/bar is only minutes away with a great menu selection.We rented two cabins which were perfect for our party of 8. Kitchens are a bit small, but have everything you need for cooking meals. Host was great to work with.”

”Wonderful nature getaway where you can unplug and be in a private setting. I love how big the yard is and that there is a gate. This is my second time here and I’ll definitely be back! ”

”We had 10 people staying from Finland. Nice cottages by the lake. 2 bedrooms at downstairs were good and common space great. Rest of the beds are in second floor, was not said in the description. They were little worse. 1 beb was broken. Would need some draws where to put cloths. There was nothing. We had also a cold weather which affected to use of the lake. The rainy day dropped water inside top of the roof. Grill was not useable and the outside table needed some cover so it could be useable....

”A wonderful place to get away. It has everything you need the location is incredible. You would swear you are on the ocean. Also don’t be deceived by the location. You are an easy drive from Marquette (6 miles) which expands your dining choices. Try Casa Calabria on third street great inexpensive Italian food”

”This was a nice cabin. There are five cabins on the owners' property. The owners had good communication but were otherwise unobtrusive. The main hot tub is shared with cabins 1-4, but cabin 5 has its own private one. Most importantly I took my rescue pitbull and had no issues with the owners or other guests. Some properties have a lot of dog rules so I was pleased to see this property was more lenient.”

”Property as described! Robin and her family live in a separate house on the property but the carriage house is completely private and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Marquette and 30-40 minutes to Munising/Pictured Rocks. We came for the fall foliage (we were a little on the late side; Robin said the second weekend in October is best), but we still had a lot of great color and hiking. ”
