”This is a mixed review. We would probably stay again on our own, not with kids. We were upgraded upon arrival, which was very nice! We did find the room to be kind of “cold” feeling. Needs an area rug or two. In terms of hotels for young families, I would probably count this one out. All the amenities and atmosphere feel very adults only. I didn’t love being on the first floor - neighbourhood is kind of rough, but we never felt unsafe. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls was great!...

”Positives: The staff was fantastic. Lobby was welcoming. Hotel was fresh. Location is great. Close to everything so you can walk Negatives: There was no in room safe. You have to cast from your phone/apps to watch tv. There is no local cable on tv The hotel markets themselves as an “extension stay” accommodation. There was no room for clothes. Four hangers. We asked for a few more but never got them. There is a console under the tv but that was good for nothing but maybe an is room safe...

”Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!”

”Good location to see the Falls. It's walking distance but easy to take talxi as well. Shuttle bus might be challenging to find/use. Breakfast was ok, very crowded though. Service was working fine, hotel staff were helpful and polite with good instructions about Falls.”

”This was our 1st time at this hotelin Canada. The rooms are way up in this tower so they are small but we wanted one with the full view of the falls it didn't disappoint, they have 3 of these rooms. You go up a elevator to get to your rooms and the hallways are narrow and you are actually going Around inside the tower to get to your rooms but we had a spectacular view! It did not disappoint. If you are wanting your vehicle close by its not but it is in a closed lot and they have a shuttle...

”Friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the bell hop and valet. Latter two were excellent. Yes, 70$ for valet is pricey but the service was in effect until 400 pm day of checkout, which is good, and the crew knew their job and were happy to answer any questions.”
