”Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!! When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. ”

My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. ”The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

”A clean, cute hotel with fun small touches like a candy jar and free drink tokens when you check in. The rooms are small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel is next to a light rail stop, but the room's AC fan kept us cool and muted the train noises.”
