”I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”

”This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The rooms were very clean and very spacious! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express!”

”The staff were friendly and respectful. My room was clean and had a nice layout with a large couch, desk area and coffee counter with microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was decent and they also offered a workout room and laundry room. ”

”The hotel is not in good conditions, it not clean enough and it do not offer many amenities, the price was high for what it offers. Location is convenient if you are looking a place near Poenix Sky Harbor airport, but it doesn't feel safe at night. It wasn't a good experience for me, I don't recomend it, and I am sure you can find somerhing better at the same price around Phoenix airport. ”

”The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

”I would really like a refund for my stay. I booked this hotel because amenities included shuttle and restaurant. The shuttle was unable to be used because one it was after 9pm and the other we were the only guests who needed it so they couldn’t run it. Nowhere when I initially booked it it states that there were only available to be used within it a certain timeframe or a minimum capacity. The restaurant was not open due to low customers so I had to uber food only to then be told by someone else...

”We stayed at this hotel for 11 days during a baseball tournament, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived late and received little information at check-in. Our room had soaking wet carpets from being cleaned just before arrival, with a large fan running. The next day, a strong chemical smell had been added to mask the odor. We were moved rooms the following day, but the new room smelled strongly of smoke and felt very stale—we had to buy air fresheners just to...

”Bed was HORRIBLE, first room I was put in smelled like someone smoked a carton in the room (non smoking room btw). Staff was excellent but they were short staffed and drowning. I will never stay at this hotel again.”

”The shuttle driver was unfriendly and not welcoming. We had two rooms and neither shower worked well. Attention to detail lacking: The shower had an open, used bar of soap and there was garbage on bathroom counter. The bed was made with flat sheet sideways. The towels did not seem clean. The hotel is tired and worn. On the upside, the front desk clerk was nice. ”
