I stayed for 14 days in March 2026 and was disappointed that the advertised amenities were misrepresented and not in working order.
Specifically, the facility advertises that there are electric chargers available for electric cars to recharge. I rented an electric car for my stay and upon checking in discovered that the chargers were inoperable due to vandalism that occurred on or about 2 weeks before I arrived. When I departed Hilton had yet to replace the charger's severed cords. I changed rental cars rather than sit in a charging station on my vacation. No credit was given by management even after I showed my change of rental cars. The sole person at the front desk was clueless to the fact that the chargers were not operating and was unsympathetic.
The pool area is small but only has 2 chairs to recline on. If you were not the first two to obtain chairs you were out of luck. When I inquired about the situation I was told by the Manager that this was not a Hilton resort and that is all the pool side chairs they have.
The facility was clean but not having the amenity I specifically wanted to use was frustrating, especially because I purposely picked this facility because of the charging station.
The manager was not happy to be there and was annoyed at my questions and inquires regarding the chargers and the pool. I will be happy to supply his name if asked as I have never encountered a more unprofessional person who holds the title of manager.
