I travel often with my son’s basketball team, and when I book a hotel, I expect a comfortable place to rest. From the moment I arrived, the front desk greeting lacked a welcoming or positive vibe. ”We were extremely bummed out by this hotel. We thought we were splurging and booked this hotel for almost $300 a night (standard room). The hotels systems were down for 2 days on and off, when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to just wait it out since they couldn’t use their systems. You would think they would provide some sort of compensation for not being able to check into your room late at night with a baby, but no. We asked them if they could let us know when we could check into...

”The free breakfast was phenomenal! Great options everyday. The staff was incredible. A couple shoutouts go to Christian, Tera, Vaunie & Edwin for the great customer service. I felt like I built relationships with these people. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. I would love to go back to this location next time we come into town. The pool was nice & clean as well. Thanks again everybody. Until next time! Highly recommend 10/10”

”I'm not sure HOW these properties are rated, Our check in was fine, we parked in back, there was 2 cars with people living in them, ok sketchy but not unheard of, the pool area was disgusting, not at all like the pictures show, Our door looked like it has been kicked in, they put a kick plate that wasn't properly secured, door hung ajar. Bathroom toilet was leaking around the wax ring , Was awoken at 2am by people arguing over whatever, there was a couple fellas DIGGING through the...

”The room had roaches and when brought to the attention of the manager, first he didn't believe me until i took one to the front desk in a cup. I ask for another room they would not change my room. Had to biy bug spray😡😤 disgusting ”

”There was a kiosk in the office that connected to a call center in India and the speaker was so bad I almost couldn't get checked it. There were several crackheads in the parking lot in various states of consciousness. The room was actually half decent however it was literally just beds and a TV. No other amenities whatsoever. Spent the whole night wondering if my truck would still be there untouched in the morning. ”
