”Front desk lady was kind, but charged us twice for our room saying Expedia hadn’t done there part of the process. Room smelt so bad, like an ash tray even though it was non smoking. Needed towels and sheets for the pull out bed, but front staff was the only one working, so we have to go to the front desk. Room was average clean. Bathroom was less then average. Tub was gross. Was woke up at 6am with pounding on the wall and yelling from another guest in the room next to us, called the front, they...

”nice place real near of airport”

”Room needed updating but was fairly clean. Breakfast was good and dinner at Rustlers Roost was great. Golf cart drivers to take you around resort were awesome.”

”Food is good, close to where I had my meetings, and very close to the airport. The additional $5 charges for delivery room service, $15 for parking that is outside did not impress me.”

”I was just there for overnight but loved the stay. Room was spacious and with kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Plus cups and plates. Very clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was very well arranged and plenty of options. Absolutely love this hotel so far. ”

”The photos give you a false impression. The property is a motel, and you should expect motel quality. The room had a moldy smell, house cleaning doesn't touch your room, The towels have stains on them, the bathroom had black mold specs on the wall. It was a motel experience.”

”The room had roaches and when brought to the attention of the manager, first he didn't believe me until i took one to the front desk in a cup. I ask for another room they would not change my room. Had to biy bug spray😡😤 disgusting ”

”This was the worse experience I have ever had ! I can’t comment on room / amenities as I was informed upon landing that the hotel no longer had a room and there was nothing they could do. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes. The end result was them me hanging up. I tried calling them back and no one would pick up. I then used my son’s phone and they answered right away and had little to say . The next day my credit card was charged ! I had to call several times for them to remove the charge...

”First room I was assigned the tub was filthy with a dark ring around the tub plus the bottom was filthy too. Get assigned a second room, move all my stuff into it and stay my first night there. Washed my face and brushed my teeth the next morning and the sink wouldn’t drain. Contacted the office, they sent maintenance which snaked it, took the piping apart to get to the trap and snaked it beyond the trap only to unleash a funk like no other and get black water all over my dog’s bed.
