”I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing.”

”This is an updated, clean, vibrant and comfortable hotel. It is a good value with convenient covered parking which was important for this particular stay. Lots of breakfast choices for guests in the morning. I would have rated it even higher except we spent the first night in a lower floor room on the tram side of the building. The noise from the gates plus the bells ringing when the tram doors close can be heard throughout the night. The staff did move us for our second night.”
