”First room I was assigned the tub was filthy with a dark ring around the tub plus the bottom was filthy too. Get assigned a second room, move all my stuff into it and stay my first night there. Washed my face and brushed my teeth the next morning and the sink wouldn’t drain. Contacted the office, they sent maintenance which snaked it, took the piping apart to get to the trap and snaked it beyond the trap only to unleash a funk like no other and get black water all over my dog’s bed. ”The room was clean and cool. I loved the rooftop but it is hard to access as only one elevator goes up there and the wrong one comes often when you call them to go up. Also, propane was out in all of the table fire pits. Except one that went out after our first night. The pool firepit worked and was nice. Gym was cool and organized. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful from the front desk to Leo in housekeeping. I would stay again. Perfect location and area.”
