”Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast.
