Our goal is to deliver moments of delight throughout our guests’ stay and we are disappointed to hear that we failed to do so. Since our check out time has been noted at the registration card and also on your booking confirmation, therefore, ourselves are very unexpected when you have informed that someone has informed you are able to late checkout at 6pm which normally will apply for full paying night. We hold this firm as we have guests coming in and out daily and guests that have pre-paid and booked and we can not keep them waiting. That being said, we always want our customers happy, therefore, we gave you free of charge until 14:00, also entire to use the hotel facilities after check out.Once again I am thankful to your comments and look forward to welcoming you back.Warm regards,
