Spacious, clean, grand scale. The lounge was empty of people and staff most of the time it was open. Dislike were the lobby walkways which were open and exposed to the elements so when it rained, walking to your room would require skill to avoid slipping on the wet tile floors.

Dear Mr. Joseph S, First of all, we would like to thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay experience with us.I was sorry to learn of your disappointing experience, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our goal is to deliver moments of delight throughout our guests’ stay and we are disappointed to hear that we failed to do so. Since our check out time has been noted at the registration card and also on your booking confirmation, therefore, ourselves are very unexpected when you have informed that someone has informed you are able to late checkout at 6pm which normally will apply for full paying night. We hold this firm as we have guests coming in and out daily and guests that have pre-paid and booked and we can not keep them waiting. That being said, we always want our customers happy, therefore, we gave you free of charge until 14:00, also entire to use the hotel facilities after check out.Once again I am thankful to your comments and look forward to welcoming you back.Warm regards,

Great stay
We stayed on The Level floor and were greeted immediately and everything explained clearly by very friendly staff. We were very happy with our room and also used the lounge that evening. At breakfast we were able to order extra items to those at the buffet, however breakfast is in the main restaurant, which was busy. We had a one night stay as we had a flight from Haiphong Airport the following day. Overall we would recommend this hotel.

하이퐁 출장 시 항상 찾는곳
출장가면 항상 이용하는 호텔 입니다. 깔끔하고 방이 기본적으로 넓어 쾌적 합니다. 욕실도 따로 있어 탕에들어가면 Good 룸서비스 잘 되고, 레스토랑 음식들도 모두 맛있습니다. 수영장 정말 잘 되어있고 이뻤습니다. 숙박객은 수영장 이용과 헬스장이용이 무료에요

Amazing hotel - super clean and maintained. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids with 3 different pools and a foosball table available in the pool area. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Jeanie, guest relation officer, was amazing! with scheduling tours and transportation. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property, poor service.
Beautiful property. But, the service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. Almost no one speaks English, even at the front desk. The food was good.
