”Found entire experience to be more than satisfactory!”

We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. ”The rooms were clean and cute! The staff was so helpful! We called ahead and told them we would be early for check-in, they allowed us to park so we wouldn't have to pay for parking at the beach. I would stay again!”

”The staff was extremely helpful. I saw maintenance in groundskeeping people all the time cleaning and just taking care of the property. The people were very nice, the atmosphere of the hotel itself was very nice compared to some of the other hotels I've stayed at on the island...”

”I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.”

”Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. ”I like the rates, they were better than most. It was quiet at night. What I did not like was the fact that it was advertised that Internet was provided, this proved to be false. I went to Savannah for business and pleasure, the business aspect was slowed to a stand still. The person at the desk proved to be very unprofessional because her dangerous dog made it impossible to communicate with her. I will not be returning nor will I recommend. I left a day early to finish my business.”
