”On arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly, her direction about where the rooms were was very poor and despite going back to her, she did not bother to physically move to support. This is after she asked if it was the first time for us to stay in the hotel. I did not feel that it was necessary to pay £100 deposit for our stay. I have never experienced this in bigger/ higher quality hotels.

”Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this.
