”Hotel was lovely. Staff so lovely and helpful. Couldn’t do enough. Especially young Tom on the bar and James on reception. The ladies too. Didn’t catch all their names. It’s in a lovely hidden location near the canal. Very picturesque. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had a swim. Pool was warm. Small, but big enough for a swim. Nice breakfast and plentiful. Again, staff were lovely and friendly. We look forward to staying again in the near future.”

”Had a fantastic night’s stay at The Halyard - wish I had been there for longer! Check in was quick and easy and I was able to get into the room on the 6th floor early. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of hangers and drawer space to unpack. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were much appreciated. It was quiet and there was no disturbance from other rooms or outside. Lovely smelling toiletries and the corridors event smelled nice - little details that make a stay feel more...

”Le personnel est incroyablement aimable J’ai demandé à ce qu’on décore la chambre avec des ballons pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et cela a été fait avec soin, nous étions ravis Tout le monde a été très serviable et arrangeant quand nous avons demandé des services La chambre était superbe et spacieuse, avec un belle vue sur la mer Quelques poussières dans la salle de bain, prêt des toilettes mais le reste de la chambre était impeccable Nous reviendrons ”

”This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!”

”Great welcome from reception staff, we were only going to drop our bags off as check in was another 3 hours however our room was ready so we were able to check in and start our weekend. The whole hotel smelt nice and clean, all staff were friendly, room was lovely and clean. No view but we didnt need one as we had no intention of staying in. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Hotel is in a great central spot with Duke St Food Market just up the street with loads of food choices.”

”This was an adorable hotel! The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful with navigating around Liverpool. The restaurant/bar downstairs was a pleasant atmosphere. They hosted a variety of events if you wanted to do something without having to leave the property. Even with everything going on it never disrupted our rest. ”

”Monipuoleinen aamiainen. Moni ruokalaji loppui kyllä kesken. Siivoojilla selkeästi liian kiire. Unohtivat vessapaperin tai vaihtoivat isot pyyhkeet vahingossa käsipyyhkeiksi. Vähän liian pienet huoneet. Kolme sänkyä, mutta ei mahtunut kolme matkalaukkua avonaisena. Ei kaappitilaa. Hyvä perushotelli ja ihan siisti.”
