”Stayed 3 nights at Fortune Huddersfield Hotel. Friendly welcome at check in and room was large and spotlessly clean. Facilities in room were great with a fan already in the room which was very welcome as room was very warm. Didn’t hear any noise from motorway but sound proofing within the hotel could be better as it did sound like a herd of elephants above us the first night! Breakfast although limited choice, was tasty and good value for money and we were happy to take back to room to eat....
”Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). ”Spent one night at the hotel. It is easy to find and situated near the M62. The soundproofing is very good and we could not hear the traffic to our room. Room was OK size. We were so tired so we ordered room service. We got our food quite quickly. The burger was excellent, but the pizza was not so good. The breakfast next morning was tasty. A nice hotel with helpful staff :)”
