”Aivan upea paikka ja loistava palvelu. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Korona-ajan hygieniasta huolehdittiin hyvin ja lämpö mitattiin kaksi kertaa päivässä. Ruoka erittäin monipuolista ja hyvää. Ehdottomasti täydet pisteet.”

”This hotel promise more then can offer. They have no ocean view here at rooms. You think when you make a reservation, that you get a a/c room but no, all rooms have not a/c. Only fan. And then you must pay more money here to get a room with old and poor a/c. Shower is hot but the showerhead was broken. Security are good here. Breakfast you must pay more. Wifi signal was weak and tv not work. But it is quiet place and small swimminpool was nice and cool. Shoppinmall are near and few...

”Booked and paid through expedia, made 9 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment was double booked...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area..”

”First it is not a hotel but studios. The amenenities are very old, the wall paper was peeling and the neighbourhood feels very insecure for a woman travelling alone. It is 1 km from the beach. There was a lot of noise in the corridors from the other occupants very early in the morning. Overall not the best option for solo travellers”

Theyhad issues from cold to hot water, flooding and non working amenities. We had to leave the next day as we couldn’t stay one more day.
