”the room was warm comfortable and spotless The room overlooked the road but the room was very quiet nor could you hear any noise from the bar area down stairs we both slept really well ”

But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!”

The check in is at the bar, which was already busy at 4.30. The rooms are above the bar and some further away. ”Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area.”

”We stayed ad this wonderful B&B on the 21st march. The host covoured absolutly everything down to parking ect , which made check in/out a breeze. We were pretty shattered after a day at west midlands safari park, so a dive in to the beautifully made beds with the most amazing pillows! i must add was much needed. The view from the room was a big plus for us as the steam railway bridge was literaly a stone throw infront, we saw some gorgeous steam trains running their usual trips , my son was...

”Staff was helpful. Only 15min walk from the shops and café streets. The attached restaurant is not open all day long, like, they only re-open at 17h30.”

”The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food. The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished. The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.”
