”I was told at 9PM that a shuttle at 5:15AM to the airport for a 7 AM flight was not a problem, but at 5 AM I was informed by the front desk the shuttles didn’t start till 6, which would have made my trip unsalable.on top of the 6 AM info the front desk made no effort to get me transportation. A couple in the lobby heard the exchange and offered to let me share their Lyft car. Had they not been there I would have most likely missed my flight.
I have been a Hilton member for many years and this...

”Checking in was a long process wait. The room was clean. At midnight the smoke detector battery went and kept me and my elderly mom up. The front desk man pulled it out of the ceiling. I went to put on the heat and it smelled of smoke, My mom and I decided it would not be safe for us to stay in the room without a working smoke detector. Outside my window was a pack of cigarettes and a plant. Anyone could of started a fire and without a working smoke detector could be very bad.”

”My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that. Kinda put a damper on our birthday trip and I most likely would have booked elsewhere had I been told from the...

”The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, soap scum on the floor and halfway up the walls. Since it was a walk in shower the water puddled into the rest of the bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed and the bed was horrible. Had basically a hole in the center and bumpy in other spots. The pillow was flat as pancakes. Windows were filthy couldn’t see out. All and all it was a miserable stay,”
