”I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 ”

”La estadía en el Paradise Peak fue muy buena. Gran atención, muy rica y abundante comida. Los paseos estaban todos incluidos. El único detalle, al hacer la reserva no me percaté que en las imagenes de la habilitación, el balcon no tiene vista directa (el balcón tiene una ventana chica). Lo conversamos en la recepción y pudimos cambiar de habitación.”

”the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend.”

”Diet Cruise - kleines, etwas überkandidelt gestaltetes Schiff mit älterer Technik (Fenster schliessen nicht richtig,) und freundlichem, aufmerksamen Service.. Wunderschöne Route! Leckeres Essen, leider fixes Menü mit sehr kleinen Portionen. Wer mehr will, muss das oft und deutlich ssgen, und auch dann wird es schwierig. Jedes Glas Wasser wurde extra berechnet, nichtmal einen Kaffee in der Wsrtelounge gab es umsonst, und für did Snacks der Minibar kann man an Land gediegen essen gehen. Also,...

”The staff is perfect, not try to sell you some trip all the times, they are very friendly and helpful, very quilt and nice location, the center by taxi is about 2$, rooms are clean, hotel service is perfect, no any difference then any good europpean hotel, the breakfast is perfect, finally I could eat else than noodles or fried rice at the breakfast, buffet dining is little bit pricy for Vietnam bat also good. I definetly recommend this hotel.”
