”This was our third visit and hopefully not out last. The location - backing to a salt marsh where we could watch the tides - was spectacular, and our room #3 was very cozy. It had everything we needed - including a beautiful balcony with rocking chairs. There are no restaurants close by, but a light continental breakfast was provided at the office. The motel is right off Route 6A, which was amazingly quiet at night.”

Did not like the breakfast choices, breakfast eating area was congested, too many tables and chairs. Overall hotel is very clean and quiet atmosphere. Love the area, walking distance to the mall and other shops. I would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...

”This was my second stay at this delightful harbor hotel/motel and I will def be back. The owners and the staff are so kind and accomodating. They put me in my requested room, which affords for a lot of privacy, and helped me with laundry. I love walking around the harbor in the mornings and evenings, and it is close to many great restaurants, the beaches, and everything you need. Highly recommended.”

It was so charming, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was much better than what you would typically get at a hotel. The property was even prettier in person and was very well kept. ”Everything was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion as a mom traveling alone with a 7, 6 and 4 year old is having bathroom areas directly at pool/water park areas and maybe some wash off stations. Every time one of the kids had to use the bathroom, we all have to get out, get our stuff, go inside to find the closest bathroom. Minor inconvenience but just a suggestion!”
