”The ceiling in the bathroom kept leaking over the toilet area at least twice during our four nights stay. Management did work on it the first time, but then it happened a second time on the day we were checking out. They’re compensation was $30!”

”I had a late check-in around 10:00 p.m. on my business trip I called ahead and they said just do the to my room gave me the room number it was unlocked he was in there making it so convenient. Then in the morning, I didn't realize what time it was and at 11:00 I think it was the owner came to see it I had checked out noticed that I was unaware of the time and offered me another hour :-) the acquaintance of it reminded me of Cape cod memories as a child very enjoyable such a great price”

”My husband and I stayed at the Sandwich Inn & Suites during our trip to cape Cod and absolutely loved it! It was so charming, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was much better than what you would typically get at a hotel. The property was even prettier in person and was very well kept. We loved everything about our stay and will be saying here again when we visit!”

”Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year.”

”We stayed over night for a function in town. The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was included, the staff were very kind. Only thing we found odd was that parking was not included in the original booking (it was only $10 I just was not expecting it). Other than that, it was a great stay and I highly recommend.”

”This used to be our go to hotel - it was affordable and centrally located and clean. Our visit this time was not the same - the bathroom had a lingering odor to it, the chain on the door only attached to one side, the tub wouldn’t drain properly and we discovered a broken wooden plank on the 2nd floor landing covered by a chair. (I have to assume it broke overnight and management didn’t cover it with a chair - a guest must have done that.)”

”We stayed here four nights in June. Hotel is very comfortable, absolutely clean and we liked the place a lot. Girls loved the swimming pool. There is a very good breakfast place nearby called Marshland and nice cafes (that close early) in Sandwich. It is a good place for exploration of the part of Cape Cod nearer to mainland. We reached the nice restaurants at Wellfleet, the Town Neck Beach nearby and the beaches at Cape Cod National Seashore from here easily on the daily exploration trips. The...
