The exterior conditions of the building are bad, the exterior walls are dirty and they need a good power wash. ”I didn't like the breakfast, the area was very dirty, the room didn't smell good, and the sofa in the room was very old.”

”Disappointed to say that the rooms are looking rather beat up as I have really liked staying here in the past. There was obviously repaired furniture & cabinets, dented fridge, large piece of facing on cabinet missing, hair in the sink & tub. Fortunately, the bedding, towel, & surfaces were generally very clean. My colleague in a different room was disappointed as well mentioning similar issues with her room.”
