The room we rented for 4 was quite big with good, comfortable beds; however the AC made terrible sounds all night making the sleep quite uncomfortable. ”Disappointed to say that the rooms are looking rather beat up as I have really liked staying here in the past. There was obviously repaired furniture & cabinets, dented fridge, large piece of facing on cabinet missing, hair in the sink & tub. Fortunately, the bedding, towel, & surfaces were generally very clean. My colleague in a different room was disappointed as well mentioning similar issues with her room.”

”This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...

”Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!”
