âRoom was clean, great, had vinyl flooring for our dogs which was appreciated. Staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, walking along the trent, coffee shops and little boutiques - lovely. Would definitely stay again!â

âWe stayed at Serenity Place while in between moving from one house to another. It's a cute basement apartment style property with its own private entrance. Kim was very kind, accommodating and responsive. She made sure the driveway was shoveled promptly (in the worst winter in decades) and any concerns were immediately addressed. The fenced back yard was amazing for the dogs!Because it was winter during our stay, we didn't get to enjoy the proximity to lake Ontario, but this area has lots of...
