”We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean, looks like a fresh reno. Kitchen was well thought out, everything in working order. House felt spacious for 2 couples. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We hooked bc we brought a small sailboat which we put right into the water easily. Had fun sailing, sitting on the dock, floating in our tubes, swimming. ”Check in was super easy! Communication was excellent. Everything you could want in the kitchen area is available. Beds were very comfortable! ”

”Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! ”

”Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

”We had a great time. My 6 year old son caught a bunch of fish right from the dock. It was a short drive to Watkins Glen. The home was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner. We would definitely recommend!”

”We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. We also enjoyed the location to all the wineries and Pen Yan to get a morning coffee and groceries! The house was clean and taken care of, we would definitely stay here again!-Christine &...

”We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise.”
