”The property was clean and very serviceable. The area outside the unit was a little messy but it didn’t impact our stay. Communication with the manager was really good and the price was reasonable. ”

”Perfect small apartment for me and my cat while in Gainesville for a week, so that kitty could get treated at UF Small Animal Hospital (less than 10 easy minutes away). Nice neighborhood setting, quiet and woodsy. Host Adel was very helpful at check-in and getting WiFi set up.”

”The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. ”

”Easiest check in and out process, very clean and updated room. Only a block away from the Heartwood sound stage and a few blocks from downtown. Worth staying here to cut the cost of uber.”

”This apartment is in a great location right on the main strip it’s on the smaller side,but has everything you could possibly need. It is also very clean and updated. The booking process and check-in process were excellent. The only drawback that I saw was that it gets very loud at night, with kids from the local universities walking the strip. But otherwise I would highly recommend this.”

”When we first arrived, the area surrounding caught our attention as it was very run down. As we approached the house, we'd hoped that once inside our fears would be negated. But unfortunately, the property itself was not up to par. The pictures online looked great, but they are not reflective of the status of the property. Water stains, shoddy DIY enhancements, old coach cover, musty smell, etc. but, although the place was run down, it appeared to be somewhat clean. That thought did not last...
