”Absolutely perfect, beautifully done. Extremely comfortable and it had everything we could need. A lot of thought has gone into making it so. Sue was very friendly and professional, Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend and return.”

”Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. We hadn’t met the owner, so decided it was easier just to clean them both before using them.
On the hole, everything else was excellent.
There was no recycling facilities, which was quite a surprise, and also a slight disappointment. Everything else was above...
”A one night stop over, small room which we knew we had booked. A bit of a problem with the T V which was sorted, using the i Player. Couldn't fault the staff, a very pleasant stay and we would go back there again. ”

There is a pub below the accommodation but there is no issue with noise. The food is very good quality and plenty of ir. This pace is my ‘go to’ on business to the North East ”
